Maintaining my health

I am an older woman who has yo-yo dieted most of my life. In the last three years I have finally been able to reach my ideal weight. I used the tried and true method of eating only things that are good for me and exercising daily. I am now working on a maintenance diet and exercise program.

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. My goal is to learn to maintain my weight by eating healthy and exercising daily.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. In the last three years I have been eating healthy foods,(mostly fruits and vegetables) and I have been exercising daily. The first year I lost 50 pounds. The second year I did a little bit of yo-yoing. Not bad, a ten pound gain and loss here and there. This last year I have been able to maintain a more even weight. Only a few pounds either way. I am also daily exercising for at least 30 minutes.
