My Goals:
Lose 45 pounds by end of 2012. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Exercise 10 minutes per day.

Current weight: 207.4
Every 10 pounds lost= surprise such as new boots, clothing, affordable jewelry, etc. I can do it!!!

My Program:
My new plan is to lose 2 pounds per week.
I will then lose 8 pounds per month.
I will do this by including running/power walking 10 minutes every day.
I will do a 5k each month.
I will count calories every day.

Congratulations! You have lost almost 53 Pounds! That is sooooo awesome! I know you will continue here and will meet your goal to be at 140 by your birthday in May!
