My Goals:
2013 goals:

1. to get healthier. I am tired of being tired!! I don't want to tell my kids that I need to rest first. I want to keep my kids as active as possible too!

2. to get more physically active. goal is to be in the gym at least 4-5 days per week.

3. goal- more water daily. water, water, water. I need to stay away from the soda!!

4. My goal is to be able to shop in a regular store, not the "plus size" stores.



My Program:
As of Jan 1 2013, I am recently starting a new workout program, and have been lucky enough to try to get to the gym at least four days per week. I am trying to do cardio every day, and strength training at least 3 days per week. Thank goodness for the Sparkpeople fitness videos for the days that I can't get to the gym!!

Personal Information:
I have been a Michigan gal my whole life. :)
