My Goals:
I one day want to hike the Appalachian Trail, but I'll probably have to wait until I retire. I want to keep myself in good enough shape that I can still hike when I'm 60.

My Program:
Nothing complicated. Keep calories down by having healthy snacks available. Pack a healthy lunch every day. A lot of my problem has been time management. So, I'll work on that..ie, do tasks in the kitchen and watch tv at the same time.

Personal Information:
I'm from Tallahassee, Florida. I do database administration/other computer stuff for a living.

I just I'd share a tidbit with you. There's a great site at http://www.freedieting.com
It gives you a general idea of what your burning if you click on the calories burned at the top of the 1st page. I go there quite often just to have a different reference point. Give it a try. I think you'll like it.

There's another one at http://www.healthstatus,com too. It has a bit of a wider range of exercises, like pilaties and stuff! I hope you find these sites useful & helpful! emoticon
