My Goals:
My goal is to get to the low end of the BMI

My Program:
I'm trying an elimination diet.
#1 eliminate sugar
#2 eliminate pizza
#3 eliminate fried foods
#4 eliminate red meat.

Start exercising by walking at lunch and biking on stationary bike every day. Start with 5 minutes then add 5 minutes each week.

Try to stay between 1200-1500 calories

I know you will get so much support from everybody here. We're all trying to lose weight and I know there's someone that has been through similar situations, and can offer a suggestion that can help. It's harder to lose weight when you can't exercise, but I try to get in some when I can. There are some great chair exercises on you tube and they help me with flexibility. I know you can lose with support form everybody at spark people. Wilma102

Please know that we are a wonderful group of people who are all forging our path through life with RA and helping each other as we learn new and useful information, as well as just supporting each other as we try to manage pain and keep the weight off!
