My name is Dayna, I am a working Mom, I am married to a wonderful man, we have 3 kids. 15-13-11. I want to be healthier for them and I want to be a normal weight not overweight. I am tired of being FAT! I can do this!!!!!!!!!!! I want to lose weight and enjoy life to the fullest!

Hey There!
Hope all is well with you these days. I guess I wasn;t much of a positive participant over the the Housewives team :(. Trying to get back into SP and even joined Spark Coach for a month to see if that helps me out. Off to join a walk away the pounds team cuz I need a kick in the butler!

Remember the Seinfeld Game? Remember how quickly Jerry, Kramer and Elaine all were out? Let's see if you can do better. Here is how it works.

Beginning midnight April 1, track. Track everything. Nutrition, water, exercise, the whole shebang. Don't track something, you are out. Fess up. Miss your 8 cups of water, out. Blow your calories, you are out. Fess up on this thread. Exercise without tracking, out. To make it fun, don't exercise at least one hour a week, out.

Once a week on Sundays (say), roll call for those who still are "in" and playing.

Deceptively simple, but it's not. Who's in? Starting roll call this Sunday. Ready, set, go!
