Summer's here and my goal is near!

Continue walking.

You look great already! But I know you can do it if you want to lose more!

I lost an astounding 7 in July. I don't know how August will go, but I plan to be very good on my trip. I am cooking for Ellie so that will help. Lots of half salads and chia and diet green tea is the plan. Greek chicken, a favorite of Phil's, is what I am going to make. I can eat a small portion of that.

Hey! I found something "new" for flavoring!

Unsweetened Kool-Aid - so far I think my favorite is Cherry Limeade!

I use it in plain yogurt and even in cottage cheese! Be aware, it doesn't take much! I use the tiny measuring spoon that is called a Pinch or 1/8th teaspoon!

I also use 1/8th teaspoon in one 16oz bottle of water with 1/4 grain saccarin.

Just wanted to share!

I don't complete the 30 day challenge in thirty days either. Even if it takes 60 days, I still learn new skills. In 3 months I lost 4" off my hips with the 30 day Skinny Jeans challenge.
