Hi! I am a boomer child - grew up in the late 50s and 60s. The world has changed a great deal since those days. My body has too! I'm on a weight loss journey for health reasons. My daddy died of a heart attack when I was 9 years old and my mom has had a heart attack and open-heart surgery. So I am exercising and eating healthy to protect my heart from its genetic legacy.

I am a retired elementary school teacher. I tutor students during the school year now and do lots of reading.

HI Donna ! LOVE The New Page ! Nice goals, and very delighted ur being ablle to work with a trainer ! That;ll help out so MUCH ! When MaryAnnGI was doing her best she was. I can't do the machines (most of them ) at the gym, so yeah, that won't work.
