Winter 5% Challenge - The Spirited Underdog Way

Here it is winter and time for a new challenge! A new year has begun and the time is right for change.

My plan: Take the cardio workouts up another notch. Spend more time at the gym. Cook and eat more healthy meals. Get plenty of protein to give me energy. Lose 5% of my current weight to get me even closer to my goal!

VERY Good Job Donna on yesterday's exercise 1! WOOHOOO YOU GO GIRL 111 Nice to see ,,, as the ML you help to set the pace for the team, and it's clear you were taking this to heart Tues !! Today,, I've gotten a NEW PUTER !! Mine DIED !! I wanted it repaired, but it was gonna cost me the same as a new one,, so yeah. :LOL the only thing I can't find,, is the button to UNFREEZE the mouse !! I have NO CLUE which button does it. Hmmm I knew on my 8.1 I had before this one.

Thanks for the coffee. I only got three hours of sleep last week because I had to drive to Providence to drop my daughter off for a 5:15am flight. I haven't been able to sleep well since hubby's surgery, he's up regularly to hit the other room.

Midnight tonight starts my online classes. YAY!? And thursday afternoon my on-campus classes. The plan is campus fitness center after thursday class, and before tuesday's class. I tried last semester, but just got to busy. I should be able to stick to thursdays after class because I can go home and shower. Bonus, the time I 'kill' at the fitness center on Thursdays is time I don't sit in traffic. I'm trying to meet a buddy on Tuesdays.
