Ready to get healthy & see lower sugar levels.
My goals for getting healthy are:

*Continue my water intake of 10 cups daily
*Eat a combo of 6 servings of fruits/veggies daily
*Cardio activity at least 2 days per week
*2 days per week of strength exercise
*Limit sodium
*Getting at least 7 hours of sleep each nite
*Keeping my carbs @ less than 125 g per day
*Checking my sugar twice daily for at least 5 days a week

Thanks for the nuts!! I always take them (mostly cashews) for a snack when I go biking with some fruit..that's really yummy & also healthy!!

Hi Donna. Nettle is a weed like green that stings when you touch it.
It is very good and I used to put it into soups. You will be able to find it in the health shops or you could try the supermarket. Google it and see.
