My Goals:
Obviously the first goal is to be in a healthy BMI.
After that it's shopping in the cute stores and not for socks or purses.
My Program:
SP food plan with input from a DNA test I took for weight management.
Other Information:
Single mom of two great boys 12 & 14 and one dog a 5ish rescue dog named Piper. She was rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico.
