Thanks you so much for your comment on my Spark page. In a few weeks I will of been here on Sparkpeople for one year. I was turning 60 a year ago and decided I needed to get my weight and health under control. I took it one day at a time, and consistently tracked my food and exercise. I know I have the hardest part to come and that is keeping the weight off. I have lost weight many times but I have never kept it off. I plan to make this time different. Good luck with your journey and if I can help in any way just let me know. Pat
