A journey is a series of small trips.
I joined SP in April 2006. I really am determined to make a lifestyle change. I want to feel and look healthy. Not only is weight loss a physical change, but mental as well.

My Goals:
I would like to lose around 100 pounds. Feel energetic and body parts stop aching.
My Program:
I am going to track my food intake. Once I figured out the food tracking to customize to what I eat daily. It has been an eye opener. Trying to be more consistent on exercising. Get out of negative self-thinking.
