Thanks for volunteering to help me stay accountable!! Yesterday I stayed in my calorie range and got in a great workout in the morning with PUMP class (I'm facing serious DOMS today from all the lunges & squats-- OW OW!!). Today I dragged my butt up to pound out 4.27 miles before 6:00 a.m. and then had a yummy greek yogurt & berry parfait for breakfast.
Tomorrow is PUMP class again at 5:35 a.m.
