I'm a professional in my early 40's, mom to an awesome kid, and wife of 13 years. I've been recovering for several years from back pain and a kidney surgery. As I've managed my condition and coped with chronic pain, my level of activity has been much lower... and the weight has crept up. I know that I could feel better if I could lose the 20 pounds that I've gained.
