At the beginning of March I set a goal to lose 100 lbs in two years. Boy am I glad that I set a long time line as I am finding it much more difficult to follow my diet. So I am hear at the advice of my trainer to track my food. I am interested in low fat recipes and teaching myself new and interesting exercises that push my body to its limits.
