My Goals:
My "set point" keeps going higher and higher. I used to think I'd DIE if I ever weighed more than 150, and that was about 15 pounds ago! I don't want to get skinny, but back to a healthy 140 - 145 weight. I need to get back to strength training and cardio several days a week.

My Program:
I need to get back to the gym first and foremost. I bought a heart monitor and need to use it! I plan to get a pedometer to see how active/inactive I really am. I'm back to journaling my foods, as of 4/27/08.

You CAN do it and Sparkpeole can really help you by keeping you motivated and the encouraging words from people. They helped me go from 265 to 185 in about 10 months. Boy do I feel great!!!!

Use the nutrition tracker to log your food (not as a diet plan they set up) and that really helps!!!!

Just think by this summer you will either be well on your way OR the same as you are now...which would you rather be. Choose to start that journey now rtaher than regret not having done so in a few months!!!
