Haha!! It's definitely more fun in the Philippines!!!

My mom is Filipino and my dad's German, so I've visited the Philippines pretty much my whole life. Circumstances eventually lead us to live in the Philippines (in my mom's hometown) so I lived there for about 6 or so years. Dumaguete City is about a two hour boat ride from Cebu so it has all that rich history, the nature side of it, and a little bit of city living. I still go back every now and then, they are just so warm and friendly. I absolutely adore my family back home and with this winter, I definitely wish I was back there!! Haha

Oh thank you so much for your help! So I'm going to take a guess that you would recommend WW?

Beginner Shred isn't as hard but I will say it is mostly strength training so prepare for some sore muscles! Thanks for your analysis of WW. I agree with you on the fruits and veggies. I know that low calorie works for me..I lost weight before but I feel like obviously I learned nothing if I gained it all back ya know. I don't want to hop around but I just am intrigued by it. I also feel recipes will be easier and just having points seems so easy. I have thought of doing a mix of both and tracking points and tracking calories and tracking points and then tracking on Spark and see how similar they are. IDK. I just can't believe we have been on this journey for 3 weeks! We are doing so great..and congrats on your 2 pound loss!!! emoticon

I have Beginner Shred too! I like JM's videos alot. I did just order Hip Hop Abs and that should be here at the end of the week so I plan on starting it next Monday and following the suggested workout schedule. A gym floor sounds awesome! That would be so nice! So you are doing WW right? I have been tossing around the idea of buying a kit on Ebay and doing it because I don't wanna do the meetings. I do low calorie right now but I sometimes think the WW way of doing things would better suit me..but IDK. I did it before many moons ago when it was just the Points not Points Plus. So what have been your thoughts on the program? I feel like it teaches you better habits than low calorie. Anyways, have a happy Monday!

Ok so yesterday I did a VLOG and stated that True Beginner wasn't challenging enough for me but I promised myself I would do it for a full week before changing programs. Well I did Strength and Cardio 1 and that is more like it! I was happy with tonight and I was challenged and able to work hard. I do love the trainer..he's so encouraging and I LOVE his cool downs. I did order Hip Hop Abs today but I think for awhile I will stick to True Beginner and if I feel I need more I can always add but I'm going to assume it becomes more challenging after the first phase. :) THanks for the comments! Congrats on your awesome loss!
