Doing it for me!

I recently turned 31 and everything in my life has started to fall into place. A few pieces of the puzzle are missing, and the root cause is that I'm not living a healthy lifestyle.

I've started this journey over and over again. I've been a part of Spark since 2010. This WILL be my last "restart." I have learned a lot through the years, and it's time to put everything into place.

You cannot love someone until you love yourself, and that is what I am working on. It has nothing to do with how i look physically, but how I feel mentally and physically. It's internal. I want to be the best person I can be, and I need to stop treating my body like it is a garbage can.

I am always looking for new friends and motivation buddies. It doesn't matter to me where you are at in your journey, but I've found that there truly is strength in numbers.

I'm also a writer. Suspense fiction. Currently in editing stage of my first completed novel.

That measly little pounds could just be sodium bloat or water way. Good attitude and way to put it behind you. My goals are going. I have the best intentions and start the day out great but when I get home it always falls apart. I know if I can just get 3-4 perfect days under my belt that it will be easier and I'll be back where I need to be. I'm going to make today day one of perfection. My entire day has been planned and tracked so now just gotta stick to it and I'll be on my road to success. Really wanna get back to where I was and then get even lower!! Tired of feeling this way. :( Clothes are tight again...knees are hurting...and I'm huffing and puffing going up stairs. Not acceptable!

Ummm NO, never did get my elliptical workout in the other night ... or yesterday for that matter :) Today however I did a workout so I'm feeling a bit better. Maybe will get on the elliptical tonight for a 2nd pop of exercise!

Just noticed you r" other info " - reading the books by V. Roth - my daughter absolutely LOVED them... Said I have to read them, so I think I will :) Keep moving, my friend!

I agree with you that the SP community is what makes it work.

Sometimes I lurk, sometimes I'm writing and commenting. I like you can vary your involvement but it's always there.
