My April weight loss goal is lose 5 lbs.

My April workout plan is 150 minutes per week with Leslie Sansone DVDs.

My 2015 goal is to achieve 1derland, even if it's 199.8!

My Program:
I follow Weight Watchers points plus. I believe in the program as much as I believe in the SparkPeople community.

Various workout DVDs in my workout studio slash basement make up my workout routine.

Hang in there! Quick reboot! Pizza can be a challenge because it is so darn good. Just know you are not alone in this temptation, but if I had to do it I would do it the exact same way!!!!! Life is tooo precious to think about the what may have been of yesterdays, just think about the present you are afforded today to start all over again...... emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thank you so much! WW is treating me ok. It would be treating me better if I could follow it. I've just been lazy and making excuses. But now that work has slowed down, no more out of town days for awhile and the fact that I did not like how difficult it was to find clothes this weekend for work. I'm going to buckle down this week and really work on tracking and staying within my points and see how it treats me when I treat it good. :) Hope you have a great Monday!
