You should do the color run too! GB has yet to have a date set but I know last year it was in October. Congrats on your progress so far..you are doing SO amazing! I need to buckle back down with my food..for some reason the last week I have been lax and not tracking and not making the best choices. Sigh..it's like an hourly struggle. LOL

Thank you so much for the comments on my blog,,,, I have only reached 10,000 steps once but your comments made me think that the trick is making sure that I move more,,,, get a little bit more motivated,,,, I appreciate the time that you took to give me a little insight!

On another note,,,, I love your picture with the alligators in the Philippines ,,, German & Filipino? No wonder you are so beautiful. My kids are half Mexican and German. It is wonderful to be able to embrace both cultures. It sounds like you had an amazing trip!

Haha!! It's definitely more fun in the Philippines!!!

My mom is Filipino and my dad's German, so I've visited the Philippines pretty much my whole life. Circumstances eventually lead us to live in the Philippines (in my mom's hometown) so I lived there for about 6 or so years. Dumaguete City is about a two hour boat ride from Cebu so it has all that rich history, the nature side of it, and a little bit of city living. I still go back every now and then, they are just so warm and friendly. I absolutely adore my family back home and with this winter, I definitely wish I was back there!! Haha

Beginner Shred isn't as hard but I will say it is mostly strength training so prepare for some sore muscles! Thanks for your analysis of WW. I agree with you on the fruits and veggies. I know that low calorie works for me..I lost weight before but I feel like obviously I learned nothing if I gained it all back ya know. I don't want to hop around but I just am intrigued by it. I also feel recipes will be easier and just having points seems so easy. I have thought of doing a mix of both and tracking points and tracking calories and tracking points and then tracking on Spark and see how similar they are. IDK. I just can't believe we have been on this journey for 3 weeks! We are doing so great..and congrats on your 2 pound loss!!! emoticon
