I've (mostly) maintained an 80 lb. weight loss for a year now, though I haven't managed to get rid of that last 25 lbs. Gotta kick it up a notch! And it's time - breast cancer might have been a minor setback, but it's time to reclaim my body.

Remember today you are worth the love you have for others.
Today you will fight the good fight.
You will honor yourself, by fighting your demons.
Feed yourself the love that you have for God and others, to yourself.
Nourish your soul with foods that make you want to be happy.
Don't put yourself, on the bottom of your list.
Represent what it is you give out to others.

Thanks for the add! I am making some potato and cheese chowder and snuck about 1&1/2 C. of winter squash... I always think that is funny sneaking in the veggies.
