Trying to find me again....

I am a married mother of a 6 yo boy and a 3 yo girl. My family is my everything. I'm here to find a balance between taking care of everyone else and taking care of myself.

Ever so slowly over the last 6 years weight as crept up while strength and endurance (which I used to have a lot of) have slipped away. I realize now I'm always tending to everybody elses needs before mine.

In order for me to be the best mother and role model possible for my kids I need to focus ...

WOW! I just finished the documentary from you blog and it's pretty eye-opening "Eat, Fast & Live".

So do you do 5:2 and on the Fast days what is your calorie count? I'm going to see if I can find the books at the library. Thanks!!! And I love your new profile pic! :)
