I have been on spark for 3 years now and each year I have lost about 10lbs. YAY! Well, I want more this coming year of 2012. I want much more.

I want to feel healthy in my body. I want to be able to run without jiggling! I want to feel the muscles in my body move. I want to look at food as fuel and energy. I know that I can have whatever I want within reason. But to get there, I must move forward in my goals; move forward in my exercise and healthy eating and living habits. Get that momentum going and keep it going!

My Goals:
My short term goal is to get below 259. Accomplished 10/18/10!!

My mid range goal is to get in the 230s for the summer and keep going. But I'm going to have to really focus to get there!

My Program:
Journal, drink at least 64 oz of water a day (more if possible), communicate with my friends and let them know how I am doing. I also try to take it one day at a time so that I'm not overwhelmed! I set up an exercise plan (small one) and am working on keeping a commitment to that.

Personal Information:
I live in the Chicago area. I love to sing, play acoustic guitar and am in the Praise Team at church. I love craft shows, playing with my dogs and hanging out with my husband and family. I'm ready for BBQ in the summer!

Other Information:
I work full time testing software changes, training clients on how to use software specific to the company. When I'm not working, I'm working on something else at home - when I can get around to it!
