My Goals:
My goal is to attain optimum health. I've been through some storms & battles. I am determined to win this war. Illness ultimately took me to 450 lbs. and dropped me to 230 lbs. in less than 4 months time. Have gained 50+ since then; now the work begins...
My Program:
My program is still a work in progress. I've restarted SP more than once, this time is final. I'm locked in and for the first time I'm working at the program. I've been brutally honest with myself and have become transparent to the public. All things thru Christ...
Personal Information:
The personal information that matters is: I am a born again, baptized believer, who desires to do the will of Him who sent me. I love Jesus and He loves me. I believe in seeking wise counsel and speaking with wisdom that comes from God.
Other Information:
God first, then family. It's funny how your priorities change when mortality looks you in the eye. I have a deeper appreciation for my family and my friends. I will honor my body as His temple and treat it with the reverence that it deserves. Here am I... send me.
