The power to be


For years I have known how to lose weight, and how to get fit. What has been missing is getting into the psychology necessary for the life long change. This time, I am looking at what makes me tick. I am learning so much about my fears and my dreams. I found a new saying that I repeat to myself any time I need to stay focused... "I got this". My Goals:
To get to the vision that I finally have of me! The swimsuit on the beach on my birthday in August 2013.

My Program:
 I am doing the Biggest Loser work out and diet by Jillian Michales. I am working out twice a day, or at least once. One day a week of the excerise, none off on the diet. It is simply healthier for the rest of my life.


Personal Information:
Failed so many times before, I was afraid to even try, because of the failure. But understanding that, here I am set up for success, finally!

Other Information:
 I like photogrophy and writting poetry also. Love my dog! Love nature, and music.
