I am concerned about the Purple 5K too. I have had no interest in running even on my treadmill so I'm starting from scratch again. I am hoping to wog the 5K for the women's run too and there are a couple of other 5Ks in between those to races as well. Three in fact that I hope to participate in. I have my gym bag packed and with me for tonight so my goal is to stay focused on fitness and get to the gym twice a week as well as pick up my walking and my treadmill wogging as well.
