Hiya, Deb!! "Hard at it" is putting it very generously. I lost my motivation for all of last year, allowed all the weight I'd lost to climb right back on while I worked insanely long hours and ate too much to compensate.
This year, I'm taking baby steps. No loss of weight or inches yet, but I know I'm heading in the right direction with healthier food choices and better exercise patterns!
Hang in there, kid, you CAN do it! You just have to want it badly enough! (BTW, I don't think I want it badly enough to actually make it a priority ...)
