My Goals:
Walk 3X a week. Stay within my calorie range every day.

I use my treadmill plus walk at the local high school track when the weather is nice.

Personal Information:
I'm from Southern Ohio and married to a wonderful supportive man for 31 years. I have two 8hildren...ages 34 and 27 and two grandsons...ages 10 and 13 months. Hubby and I live on 100 acres and I love to ride the 4-wheeler through the woods and observe nature in action. It's so peaceful and calming.

I enjoy crafts of all kinds. Presently working on a sampler quilt and I just finished a tshirt quilt for my son. You can see pics of it on my photo page. I love vacationing at Siesta Beach in FL....hopefully, when I retire I can buy a small little place and be there off and on throughout the year.
I have about 1 more years until I can retire. YEAH! I work as a Senior Secretary (ADM Assistant) for a major chemical plant in the Mid-Ohio Valley.

Hiya, Deb!! "Hard at it" is putting it very generously. I lost my motivation for all of last year, allowed all the weight I'd lost to climb right back on while I worked insanely long hours and ate too much to compensate.

This year, I'm taking baby steps. No loss of weight or inches yet, but I know I'm heading in the right direction with healthier food choices and better exercise patterns!

Hang in there, kid, you CAN do it! You just have to want it badly enough! (BTW, I don't think I want it badly enough to actually make it a priority ...)
