Today I am taking a better look at what, where, and when I'm doing things such as eating and exercise. Some days I just can't seem to be motivated enough to want to continue with my program, for at the end of the week, I don't see a loss then it gets me down. I am reading material to get me out of this phase in my journey by putting myself to the grindstone I will be a success. At 57 I want to enjoy the rest of my life, not worry as much
My goals are to lose 4 pounds a month starting 12/13/2011 until 12/1/2012. Do treadmill daily working from 40 minutes to 80 minutes to 130 minutes by 12/1/2012,
.I have increased my cardio from 40 minutes on treadmill to 80 minutes, increased my walk/run from 120 to 180 minutes, do strength training 5 days a week, watching closely on what I eat, I don't eat after 6 at night
I am from central Pa.
My favorite movie is "The Mirror Has Two Faces, but I also enjoy old Doris Day movies, My favorite books are anything by Mary Higgins Clark, Christine Northrup MD. and Cheryl Richardson, Tv I still enjoy The Golden Girls, Frasier, and for info I.D. or true tv. I also enjoy hiking, camping,biking, and decorating
