I have been on Sparkpeople everyday since April 1st, 2013. Each day I make an effort to do something for me and my health. So far, I have been quite successful in my adventures. I have discovered that I am able to jog great distances with the use of my inhaler. I was just recently diagnosed with "exercise induced asthma" and what a difference it makes with my inhaler!

I live in the far western suburbs of Chicago, IL and my goal is to lose 50+ pounds. As of mid-August, I have already lost over 20 pounds!
