2015 I got out of the 200s (gotten rid of it never to find it again)! However, I found strength and that all things are possible :) So this year, I will reach my ideal goal...this year I am determine to see it through to fruition!!!

I only lost 6 lbs January month which I'm not even sure because one minute the scale goes up and down plus my clothes fit no different but I'm not giving up. Exercise is my daily routine now ..

Hey no I didn't get any mail about your spark team .. thanks for keeping in touch . If I get the mail yes I will join. I haven't been good with counting my calories but I am committed to the gym and I still try to eat under 1500 calories .
