well here i am back to it again but hopefully this time i will be a loser.
walk the dog everyday. 20 minutes wii every day walk at least 5000 steps a day. drink as much water as i can - aiming for 8 glasses a day. try not to eat between meals and if i have to then eat fruit and NOT biscuits

Thanks Mandy, i have been really busy this last month or two doing the garden. now the weather has picked up and summer is almost with us i am not on pc as much. this weekend we are having a mini heatwave. summer months i am always sitting in the garden making the most of it.
food wise i am ok - started to do portion control 3 weeks ago from my last weigh in and have done ok but i have my next weigh in Thursday 27th so we will what the scales say
