Let the journey begin 9/9/13

I am 56 years of young age, and been taking care of others for several years. I have been a widow for 8 years. I have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. I take care of my youngest daughter who lives with me. She has Spina Bifida.

Protein with each meal

Sodium intake 1500

I have not eliminated any food. I just try to make healthier choices, 80% of the time now.
