update!!!
school has started and boy has it been a wild ride!!!
i started out in second grade, then was asked to move to third grade. so....now i am teaching reading to 80 third graders and i love it!!!
my workouts have been toned down quite a bit as i am busy at school. but i am working out as often as possible. i recently started a sparkteam for my fellow teachers. the result has been varied. they are very busy and don't have time to surf through the website.

i go to the gym twice daily. i do and hour of cardio and an hour of weights. my calorie intake is about 1200. i am trying not to drink coke icees. they are my new addiction.
