Slowly Moving Along into 2015

Hello Friends: My name is Dee.

I have never been a "normal" weight. I keep trying to see the scales go down! It has been a slow process because I have a terrible habit of "screwing up"!!

I have met some great people on Sparkpeople.com! With their help and this web site I have all the tools and support to make weight loss obtainable. I just have to stick to the plan and get it done.
