Every journey begins with a first step...

I took that first step close to five years ago, and with Sparkpeople's help, I lost over 50 pounds. I cannot begin to tell you the difference this website has made in my life. I decided its time to use my nutrition tracker (again) to help me figure out why I am doing well and then having a bad day where I cannot get enough sugar!! Already, I see that I am eating too many carbs (a lot of them good for me) and nowhere near enough fat! I found when I initially lost my weight that I did not have a lot of binging days and I attributed it to the balance that the nutrition tracker provides for my diet. So, I'm back to planning my meals and losing the weight I've gained.

Food:
Track all of my food in the Nutrition Tracker and stay within my calorie count for the day.

Workouts:
Sunday - 1 Hr. Elliptical
Monday - 1 Hr. PiYo + 1 Hr. ST
Tuesday- 1 Hr. Spinning
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- 1 Hr. ST + 1 Hr. Yoga
Friday- OFF
Saturday- 1 Hr. ST
