    Dee, I made a video this morning- the yeast has to be fresh/alive and dough will already have big bubbles within a couple of hours, baking won't help at all if dough didn't rise The video will show what dough looks like and what yeast I used.

    (1c flour 1 tsp yeast 1 tsp salt & 3/4c hot tap water- 12 hours, 425 degrees baked 30 minutes in nonstick sprayed iron skillet)

    you want the lid to be a tiny bit open all 5 days worth to let gasses release- a little air flow is best
