Age: 36 years old, Children: 1 beautiful boy 12, Married: 14 years.

Starting weight: 179lbs, Height: 5feet 7inches.

Goals: Would love to lose 40 lbs this is my feel GREAT weight!

Want fitness to be enjoyable, not a chore, as well as eating clean. Would like to incorporate my meals with the families to help them to eat clean as well.

Used to run Track and Field at the National level in my late teens early 20's. Would like to get back to running.

Hoping to connect with other women that are looking to improve their lifestyle and find a few online buddies to be accountable to.

My Program:

6:00am - 15 minute Stationary Bike
6:15am - 20 minute boot camp workout (30 Day Shred)

12:00pm 10-15 Minute Lunch Workout (Stepper or walk)

4:30pm - 30 minute walk followed by 30 minute interval run/walk (run 2min walk 2min)

6:30pm - 30 minute boot camp (Ripped in 30 or workout)


Breakfast - 250-300 Calories

Snack - Tisane Detox Tea

Lunch - 300-350 Calories

Dinner - 350-400 Calories

Snack - Protein Shake (After Workout) 100 Calories - EAS Lean 15

Personal Information:
I live in the beautiful Niagara Region of Ontario Canada. Wine country for any of you wine lovers. One of my hobbies is collecting wine as well. I have cut my consumption to 1 glass twice per month.
