My Program:
Exercise

6:00am - 15 minute Stationary Bike
6:15am - 20 minute boot camp workout (30 Day Shred)

12:00pm 10-15 Minute Lunch Workout (Stepper or walk)

4:30pm - 30 minute walk followed by 30 minute interval run/walk (run 2min walk 2min)

6:30pm - 30 minute boot camp (Ripped in 30 or fitnessblender.com workout)


Nutrition

Breakfast - 250-300 Calories

Snack - Tisane Detox Tea

Lunch - 300-350 Calories

Dinner - 350-400 Calories

Snack - Protein Shake (After Workout) 100 Calories - EAS Lean 15

Personal Information:
I live in the beautiful Niagara Region of Ontario Canada. Wine country for any of you wine lovers. One of my hobbies is collecting wine as well. I have cut my consumption to 1 glass twice per month.

Other Information:

Just wondering, did your sister ever get her Collie? I never heard back from you if she wanted the names of the breeders I was willing to recommend.
