I thought I'd lose weight before summer. I thought I'd be able to fit into my summer clothes. I thought I'd have healthy eating and exercise routines. It didn't happen yet, but I'm still trying.

No one is motivated by Chores. Think "desires" and "dreams" and "dancing" and "Sparkles" and "jumping for joy" and "trying new things!" Attitude matters. Keep Joy in the Journey!!

So today, make the good choice to eat healthy and with proper portions. You'll be so glad you did.

Remember two important things to do for the rest of your life: Drink Water and Exercise Daily.

Go to Bed when TIRED. You will REGRET anything you eat!
