My Goals:

My Program:
 Due to the neuropathy in my feet, I can't do aerobics or anything that puts pressure on my feet or toes; walking is hard enough most days, although I aim for at least 4000 steps per day.

Another goal is to spend at least 2 hours a day out of bed and physically active.

Personal Information:
I live in Phoenix with my husband of 21 years, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I've been disabled since 05 with idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. A motorcycle accident in 98 left me with neck and upper back problems, PTSD, memory loss, and some brain damage. But I can't let that stuff get in the way of me living my life. The world goes on.

My Harry (the black one) wanted to go out today so I let him out in the snow before I started to shovel. He say down, looked at me and ran back to the door. That was enough for him. Millie looked at it but wasn't interested. They do keep me company and amused.

Hi, Thanks for the umbrella.. yes we got dumped on.. its 10pm and it is leaving me I am close to myrtle beach.. My son in Md is getting slammed again with snow.. they have had a lot. he said they had about 8" left on the ground last sunday.. this is supposed to dump 2 feet.. will call them sunday. Their computer is down, hate not being able to just e-mail.. so have to wait til I have free min on the weekends..

The doc app. went ... she didn't even look at the lump. It has gone down a bit but she said we'd just keep an eye on it. Then in the next breath she said that we'd have to be extra careful because I was at such a high risk for cancer. I'm just so tired. And I just didn't have the energy today to fight her. So I let it go and I will just keep an eye on it.
