I am a young single mom of an active 5 year old boy. I like to look up at the sky. I love the great outdoors. My goal is to be 115 pounds which is half of me. I would like to be skinny again like I was up until my senior year in high school when I started dating this guy. I am trying to make healthier lifestyle changes which includes going to the fitness center.

Current Status:
DEEKELLYE Sitting alone in my room. My neighbor took Elijah with them tonight. It's nice to have a few hours to myself but I'm ready for my boy to get home and hear how his night went.

"Never wait for the proper mood to start a thing, nor until the spirit moves you. Make your own mood. Make your own spirit. How? ACT. Do something anything. Inspiration seldom generates action. Action always creates inspiration."

what it would look like, and what it would feel like.
Then do something every day to make it a reality!"

"Your dreams are calling to you right now, calling for you to begin living them in this very moment.
Stop holding yourself back, and let yourself be all you know you can be."

Thank you for commenting on my blog, "No More scale." I hope you have a very healthy week!

PS: I know what you mean about looking like you have lost more weight than you really have. My sister in law and I weigh the exact same and we're the same height...but she readily admits that I don't look as heavy as her. (And she is two clothing sizes larger than me.) I know its because I workout and she doesn't. Muscle really does make a huge difference in how you look! Congrats to you on all of your progress so far, keep up the awesome work!
