I am a young single mom of an active 6 year old boy. I like to look up at the sky. I love the great outdoors. My goal is to be 115 pounds which is half of me. I would like to be skinny again like I was up until my senior year in high school when I started dating this guy. I am trying to make healthier lifestyle changes which includes going to the fitness center.

I have been thinking about Father's Day this weekend. I lost my Dad in 1980. I do not think I will ever get over missing him.
But We also have an ever-present Heavenly Father. This song reminds me again and again of how much He loves each of us and how vast His love is. It was sung by a group called Sierra.

YOUR LOVE
Your love is an ocean
Too vast to comprehend
Your love is a mystery
One I'll never understand
You see what I can't see
As You watch me from above

Everything I'll ever need
Everything I long to be
The very air I breathe
Is found in Your love
Deeper than the deepest sea
Your living water runs in me
My very heartbeat
Is found in Your love

Your love is the rising sun
That burns from dusk to dawn
Your love is the silver moon
In darkness Your light is drawn
You hold eternity
And at the same time You hold me

I am consumed to think that You
In all Your Majesty
Would be consumed with me

"You've heard the old procrastinator's turn of phrase, "Don't do today what you can put off until tomorrow." Well, the same goes for procrastination itself. Put if off until tomorrow. Seize the future you want by seizing the present you have. Get started now – not tomorrow, next week or when you get around to it. "Around to it" never seems to get here."

"Never wait for the proper mood to start a thing, nor until the spirit moves you. Make your own mood. Make your own spirit. How? ACT. Do something – anything. Inspiration seldom generates action. Action always creates inspiration."

Thank you for your comment on my blog ("A Little Story.") Have a healthy day!

PS: I think you would like Curves if you tried it! I would probably re-join Curves right now if there was one near me, but all the ones within 20 miles have closed.
