Shoot! I forgot to change the date when I added my workout. It was suppose to be for 6/29. I'm not going back in to change all that.

Oh!! I guess those little cookies are Satan's own spawn!! Is that legal? Who would have thought that 1 little cookie could have so many calories?

I did not have a successful lunch yesterday either! I had Chipotle! I didn't eat dinner to counter it, but man after figuring out the calories, it was a MONSTER!!! Thankfully when I got on the scale this morning, I'm still down the 3 pounds I lost!! Only 17 left to go!! (one day at a time, right?) emoticon

Thanks for the positive feedback! I thought I may have blown it yesterday with my tapioca pudding, but I didn't and it was a yummy treat!! It's good to know because I think you and I both need those and not feel guilty for them!!
