My Goals:
- be stronger.
- not get winded walking up stairs.
- get PCOS under control
- drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water a day!
--be able to fit in the clothes at forever 21, fred flare and urban outfitters :)

-mindful eating.
-cutting out soda.
-exercising at least 3x a week.
