I am so happy that I started this weight loss journey nearly a year ago. when I started I wanted to lose as much weight as I could as quick as I could but what I got instead was a new outlook on life . I have learned so much about the process of being healthy and happy . now I hope I can encourage others as they travel along their weight loss journey

I don't really have a program but I am trying to cook more healthier foods and eat healthier snacks. I drink 1/2 of my weight of water

I'm 35yrs old..im from a small community in Ms..I've been married to my best friend for 19 yrs..I have 3 kids ( 2 of whom I homeschool , 1 who is currently in college ) . I love outdoors, camping . and walking

Don't feel bad I need to get back on track too! I just keep falling off the wagon every other day but I really don't want to gain all the weight I lost back. I've done this so many times. Lost weight and just gained it back. I really don't want to do that this time.

Hope all is well on your end.
On a good note almost all of my coupons are cut and filed and my house is super clean. Isn't that funny. It's seems so hard to juggle at one time sometimes. Isn't it funny you do well at one thing and then slack on the other! It's so hard to juggle it ALL!

Hey! I am actually on my third day of being good! I am so excited it feels good to be on track again. Trying the low carb plan. Trying to eat good on it. Today had a chicken salad and just now has some rotisserie chicken from the store along with my Coffee Shake that I mix with Adkins protein shake and coffee and that's yummy. I don't want to eat a lot of red meat and eggs because we know that's a lot of cholesterol. So I am trying to stick to eating lean things. I think I am past the detox mode of sugar. LOL. Man it's so hard at first not eating sugar. Yesterday and the day before was horrible! I got the shake and every noise my child made got under my skin. But good news is today has been much better and hopefully it's going to be a good plan to stick to.

Anyways took the girls to the play ground today. That was a lot of fun. Met another two holiness woman while I was there. They were United Pentecostal and said they do not have church on Sunday nights so they might drop in to visit my church. ok sorry to fill your page up like always.

Yes I heard of that app. I have not gotten to it yet. It all makes my head spin between Savingstar , ibotta, coupons, store rewards. It's a lot to keep track of. The app you're talking about is always having great deals.
