My goal is to lose 130 lbs. and get in my healthy weight range.
I'm a diabetic, so I'm eating whole grains and counting my carbs. Refraining from as much processed foods as possible. I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet, so my fittness is limited to 20 minutes of cardio 4x/wk. And I di strength training with light weights 3x/wk.
I live in Florida.
I used to weigh 332 lbs. and am now down to 275. I've learned that little changes can make a big difference.
