My puter is so persnickety. It told me your goodie wasn't available then gave you two. That's ok, you can play catch and get some fun, sneaky exercise in tossing a ball around. I'd be happy to toss it back and forth!
Thank you for stopping by my page. Congratulations on your weight loss so far! It is a lifelong journey. I find that I must stay focused on my goals to stay accountable and not fall back on old habits that sabotage me.
All our health issues are affected by our weight. I have vision problems now as well. They could be because of diabetes. I won't know until I have my blood work done next week. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic last year before losing 50 lbs. I am hoping that I no longer have that diagnosis however, I will always have to be concerned with getting diabetes because of my general weight problem and family history.
My health is getting better everyday. My biggest challenge is making time for myself and staying focused on what I need to do each day. Planning is important for me to stay on track with what I need to do and what I should eat.
It is important to me to lose at least 50 lbs. this year ( I need to lose 83 lbs. more total) Getting an exercise routine established and getting enough protein and water are my main goals to aid me in losing the weight.
I am glad you are here. I have reached out to several groups and people with no response. At first it was because my settings were on private by mistake but, now I really need to have some interaction with others working on the same issues.
