JANUARY 2ND IS A GREAT TIME TO START ON THE FMD LIFESTYLE! I lost 7.8 lbs on FMD in 5 weeks from 11/14/16 to 12/22/16.
Just so you know I stopped doing FMD on 12/22/16 and am now doing Dr. Berg's Ketosis Lifestyle for my Health. Hi Dequinta! I tried the FMD. Each week, I'd lose weight in P2 and then gain it all back in P1. Overall, after 4 weeks, I had a net loss of 1 pound.
I had a full thyroid panel recently, and my T3 is low and my RT3 is high. I'm now on a new thyroid supplement with T3. I think it's actually helping. I was at a weight standstill for literally 40 days (without cheating and while working out) and these last couple of weeks, I've lost 3 pounds. This is HUGE for me. Like, I have never lost multiple pounds in such a short amount of time.
