2011 has been a year of weight and fitness maintenance, trying to keep cross-training and mixing up my programs to keep it interesting.

I completed the Tough Mudder at Bear Creek in Allentown, PA in April, the MS Mud Run in Newtown Square, PA in June, and have riden my bike in several charity rides, including the PA & DE Tour de Cure and the City to Shore MS ride. I completed the Tough Mudder at Bear Creek in Allentown, PA in April, the MS Mud Run in Newtown Square, PA in June, and have riden my bike in several charity rides, including the PA & DE Tour de Cure and the City to Shore MS ride. I have been running and cycling for fun and recreational events this year, but have not been competing in races. Mixing in weight training @ twice a week to maintain muscle.

Still using SP daily to track nutrition and fitness to make sure I stay on track. Weight is holding in the low 160's, which is where I want to stay.

Will keep it up as we head into fall and winter months.

Sorry for the delay in personally welcoming you to the team. It's been a busy week and then coming down with sore throat at the end of the week. Hopefully you have made yourself at home with the team. If there anything we can do to help you with your health journey just let us know.

Hi! I saw your post on freedom riders- it is indeed a great day for a ride. (although what day isnt?) I only have 8 more days of work- and I am excited for the freedom of riding when I want!
Congrats on your successes!
