Julz in the Arizona Desert

All my life I've said, "I need to start exercising," or "one day, I'm going to get fit." In the year+ since joining SparkPeople, I've dropped 25 pounds, achieved goal weight, begun running, returned to regular hiking, and made many new friends.

I stay for the inspiration and the challenge to continue becoming more fit and strong.

I see - "half bake" the cookies and freeze. Good idea, that's the only way mine would ever make it to the freezer without me gobbling them up.
