Determined to Succeed!

Weight has always been a battle for me and Spark has been a helpful place to keep me focused on my health journey. It does help having others who truly understand how hard this really can be and I love my SP teams and friends!

I went on "Shape Reclaimed" through a Nutritionist in October, 2013 and lost 87 lb. by March, 2014. It quit happening so I went off program mid July, 2014 and am back to doing it the normal way to get the last 40 lb. off. I don't regret the huge jump ...

I don't regret the huge jump start I gave my health at all after years of doing the right thing and not having results because my adrenals, thyroid and pituitary weren't working properly.

I have to constantly work at reminding myself that I am worth it as self-esteem was trashed during childhood. I know I am, but the bad stuff is easier to believe sometimes.

In August 2014 I signed back up with the gym I had gone to prior (had to take most of a year off for the Shape program) and committed to time with a trainer 2x/week for six months. Making me a priority in this!

It is stuck on the mobile site...can't send mail of see/give goodies....the little sta k of lines gives more mobile choices, but not the "private" ones. Maybe my weight will start heading down if I am able to use the laptop?? and oh no! no emoticons

Still doing the 5% on the same team. But I am supposed to be maintaining--and I am up WAY more than I like. I was away on vacation and gained--although I didn't think I would based on how we were eating. So--frustrated, still not 100% from being sick last week and now trying to figure out what to do--back to my 10K steps a day but really want to drop 10 pounds--again. But I am still moving on.
