Determined to Succeed!

Weight has always been a battle for me and Spark has been a helpful place to keep me focused on my health journey. It does help having others who truly understand how hard this really can be and I love my SP teams and friends!

I went on "Shape Reclaimed" through a Nutritionist in October, 2013 and lost 87 lb. by March, 2014. It quit happening so I went off program mid July, 2014 to give my body a break. Unfortunately I let the stress/emotional eating get to me and I gained about 50 back. My own fault. I went back onto Shape for a month (March 2015) and did not see the success I'd hoped this time due to emotional eating. Short story...things have gotten so intense with my son of late. June 2015 I am going to add doTerra Slim & Sassy oil for appetite control, their shakes and nutrients. I would love to be a success story for these products since I believe in them! Won't know unless I try!

I have to constantly work at reminding myself that I am worth it as self-esteem was trashed during childhood. I know I am, but the bad stuff is easier to believe sometimes.

In August 2014 I signed back up with the gym I had gone to prior and committed to time with a trainer 2x/week for six months. I am now signed on for 1x/week with the trainer for 3 months (March 2015). When this round ends I am switching to monthly massages and doing the gym on my own. Making me a priority in this!
