My Goals:
I would like to lose 30+ pounds by the end of next year. More importantly, I want to feel better. I want to keep up with my son as he grows and explores the world with nothing holding me back.

My Program:
I am logging everything that goes in my mouth. I am committing to hitting the gym 5 times per week, and getting more active around the house. I work on making meals healthy, with the occasional splurge thrown in :).

My name is Kimberly. I am a single mom of an amazing 10-year-old boy, and an IT Asset Manager for an electrical co-op. I am a returning member of SparkPeople. I had gotten frustrated with a number of things last October, and turned off my old account. As I was able to start getting things into perspective, and focus on managing my stress better, I realized how much I really enjoy being involved in SparkPeople, Thus, I am starting from scratch.

Other Information:
I am a HUGE Stephen King fan, love winter, walking, hiking, Avalanche Hockey and Colorado outdoors.
