DEULSENIA,
Thank you so much for the advice. I have been trying to set goals for myself...short term. Like a goal of mine is to walk 5 days a week with my dog at the park for one month.so far, so good. After that I plan to still walk in the morning with Bug, but plan on adding a run/ walk regimen in the early evenings for the next month. I'm trying to get back in to running daily, I love it so. I would like to add in yoga and strength training, as well but I haven't really set a goal on those yet. I have my hands full with just starting and sticking to an walking regimen, after 5 years,lol! I would love an accountability friend... how do I do that?
