Hi, saw your comment on the back injury blog. I have had a sacroiliac joint injury with bulging L5-S1 disc from lifting a patient and have lots of sciatica. Just wanted to recommend a video that has been very helpful to me and a few of the others at work who have had back injuries- Viniyogatherapy for the low back, sacrum and hips. I picked it up on Amazon.com. It's very gentle yoga, not balancing on one foot with your bum up in the air. Actually, quite a few of the exercises are ones that they had me doing in Physical Therapy.
Glad to hear the sacroiliac belt worked for you. Sure didn't do a thing for me. My SI pops out about 1" lower than the other side and belt just irritates it. 2573 days ago
