I need the mantras! :-)

My Program:
The physiatrist gave me a great tool to help me when exercising, a sacro belt that is amazing in its stabilization of the hips! I have joined Curves, use the belt, and loving the workout! I use the NordicTrak, but haven't started the 30 min of walking daily or the recommended Pilates. Will get there.

I am using a mix of the Loma Linda weight loss study diet and WW and diabetic portions. It works well when I work the programs.

Welcome to the 50+ Females. I am 55 years old and I recently lost 120 lbs. It was not easy at times, but don’t give up. I still have another 45 lbs to lose. I have not lost any weight in the last few weeks. It gets better when you eat properly and incorporate consistent exercise. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

I was checking back in to see how you are doing. I hope you are signing into SP every single day. I've signed in now for 103 days and I've lost 24#, which has been slow, but I'm happy as long as I never ever gain back a single pound of it. We can do this!! It has been so upsetting to me to check on people and find they never really got started or they have quit signing in to Sparkpeople. This is so important to care for our health and well being.
I hope you are having success with your YOGA.
